After a first family gathering full of energy and sharing, Kizomba no Pé – Festa da Kizomba – End of Week returns in 2026 for an unforgettable 2nd edition!
The theme: « In the Shade of the Baobab » 🌳✨
It is said that in Africa, families would gather in the shade of the baobab tree.
There, they would share stories, laugh, sing, and sometimes even dance…
Years later, this tradition traveled, crossed the ocean, and settled in Bordeaux. It is there that the Kizomba no Pé family planted its own baobab tree 🌳
In 2025, the first to gather under its branches discovered the warmth of a circle where everyone has their place 🤗. And as every good story deserves a sequel, we’ll see you in 2026 for the 2nd edition of Kizomba no Pé – Festa da Kizomba – Fim de Semana 🎉
✨ For three days:
🌱 Dance will be our language
🌱 Music will be our shared meal
🌱 And joy will be our common heritage
👩🏽🏫 Teachers will share their knowledge
🎧 DJs will be the storytellers who will make our nights vibrate
🤝 Volunteers, the guardians of hospitality
🙌 And with you, we will form this ever-growing family
Because in the shade of the baobab tree, there are no strangers: only brothers, sisters, cousins of dance, who come together to celebrate life ✨
