 Pay the €𝟑𝟎𝟎 non-refundable reservation fee to secure your spot. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon confirmation of payment.

 Once your payment is received, you will be added to the official Participants’ WhatsApp Group for updates, coordination, and trip information.

 Payment is made via direct bank transfer in Euros to an Angolan Euro account.
You can use your local bank or a money transfer service that supports Euro transactions to Angola.

★ All sales final – Refunds only if the organizer cancels (except in cases of force majeure).
★ If you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant or join the next edition (organizers must be informed at least 3 months before the event).
★ Cancellations within 3 months of the event are not eligible for postponement.
★ For illness or emergencies, refund claims must be made via your travel insurance provider, not the event organizers.
