Because the hotel have only 346 rooms, here is the priority of the booking if you want to be in the main hotel:
1. You have a ticket of viva New year Gala 2023: you will receive an email with a booking link before April 15, 2024 so that you can make your reservation (you have only to book a double room for 140 euro per night including breakfast and 2 fullpass).
2. You have a ticket of Free viva Spring Brussels 2024 : you will receive an email with a booking link before April 25, 2024 so that you can make your reservation (you have only to book a double room for 140 euro per night including breakfast and 2 fullpass).
3. If you have been in one of the 2 festivals above and you didn’t received an email, please contact us: contact@vivakizomba.com

After this two groups have booked, the remaining rooms and entree tickets will be on sale for:
– Double room including breakfast: 170 euro per night + 100 euro per fullpass.
– Only fullpass: 150 euro (Sunday 29th, Monday 30th, Tuesday 31th)
– Friday 27th pre-party from 10pm-5am (not included in the fullpass) = 20 euro
– Saturday 28th of December social and party (not included in the fullpass) = 30 euro
– Sunday 29th daypass = 100 euro and Sunday party = 50 euro
– Monday 30th daypass = 100 euro and Monday party = 50 euro
– Tuesday 31th daypass = 125 euro and Tuesday party = 60 euro
